Plate Hammer of Impact Crusher

Plate hammer of impact crusher is cast by high-chromium alloy with addition of moderate Mo, Ni, Ti, and other elements of hardness around HRC60. The product strictly implements its heat treatment technology, which not only guarantee high abrasive performance, but also good toughness and anti-impact performance.

Same size countersunk and mortising is symmetrically designed to back of impact crusher plate hammer, in order to convenient to assemble, width of mortising and countersink should be kept in accordance with each other. Outer surface of plate hammer is designed to a plane, which is easy to turn to mortising on daughter to match and fix. Thickness of plate hammer increases to 120mm, Angle of countersunk in transitional section is designed to 90°. In order to reduce weight, keeping the same weight with original plate hammer, other sides of plate hammer is designed to groove, which also can be served as abrasive parting line. Core is designed for matching countersunk, so as to increase working stability of bolt, and makes it uneasy to bend and cut. Length on designed countersunk bolt is increased from 165mm to 220mm, drawing post angle is increased from 75°to 90°. In view of high hardness of limestone, plate hammer material is changed from ZGMn13 to ZGMn13Cr2 in order to increase wear resistance. Wearing process of double faced turning plate hammer: when first using single face turning, abrasion of two edge corners is 30mm, and then another face turning can be changed to use. The remaining two edge corners abrasion is up to 30mm, finally plate hammer service life is ended. Consequently, two times turning face function is realized. Service life of such kind of plate hammer can be improved to 2 months with crushing up to 20000t.
