Edge Plate

Edge plate produced by Shanghai Shibang Machinery Co., Ltd is poured with ZGMn13-2 material. After gating, water toughening treatment is carried on. Then, casting has high tensile strength, toughness, plasticity and nonmagnetic, all of which make the toothed plate more durable. When it deforms because of sharp impact and strong pressure force while using, the edge plate surface is strain hardened with formation of martensite, so as to there is a high wear resistance surface formed. Because inner layer remains good toughness, although it was worn to the thin, also can bear greater impact load.

Bracket Plate of Jaw Crusher

Bracket plate of jaw crusher is poured and made by HT200 material with stable chemical composition to ensure its mechanics performance. When it is getting external force impact beyond specified load, the material can immediately interrupt and protect host machine from damage, and electric motor from burning out. It is the part of transmitting motion to moving jaw and safety appliance of crusher. Bracket plate endures pressure during work, it is generally all cast by using cast iron, it also can be cast into two parts, and connects them with rivet and bolt. Two end(head of bracket)of bracket plate are most worn. In order to increase abrasive performance, sometimes bracket head and toggle plate are made separately, and cold harden treating should be done to bracket head. But it is better to change their form of structure, such as rolling contact is good for forming lubricating oil film to reduce wear. Adjusting device is them mechanism for adjusting size of ore discharging outlet. With the abrasion of crushing toothed plate, ore discharging outlet is gradually expanding, crushing production granularity is becoming more and more coarse. In order to ensure the requirement of production granularity, size of ore discharging outlet must be adjusted periodically by using debugging device.
