Impact Plate

Impact plate of impact crusher is poured with ZGMn13-2 material. After gating, water toughening treatment is carried on. Then, casting has high tensile strength, toughness, plasticity and nonmagnetic, all of which make the toothed plate more durable. When it deforms because of sharp impact and strong pressure force while using, the edge plate surface is strain hardened with formation of martensite, so as to there is a high wear resistance surface formed. Because inner layer remains good toughness, although it was worn to the thin, also can bear greater impact load.

The function of impact plate is to withstand impact for material from flat hammer, and makes the material with impact. Impact crusher makes the material after impact crushing rebound to impact area, and keeps on impact crushing again until the required product granularity is obtained. There are many forms of impact plate, two of the main forms are folded line and curved line. Material on all points of folded line impact surface is impacted in nearly vertical direction, thus best crushing effect can be obtained. Circular impact surface can make the lump material formed a serious intensive impact crushing area to increase the material free impact crushing effect.
